About Me

My journey in sales began at Vodafone Albania in 2007 as a sales agent. By 2015, I had become a director and joined the Executive Committee. Now, I run my own company, focusing on improving sales and management for businesses.


I love how sales can do more than just make money. It's about building good relationships with customers, creating a positive work environment, and making sure clients are delighted.

Simplicity is the main pillar in every functional explanation or tips conveyed in our blogs, trainings and coaching. I avoid perplexing and extended explanations of concepts that would give a headache even to the most rigorous of followers.


Context in terms of Albanian market is the driving objective of the content provided. All knowledge and expertise consumed through our consultancy & training has been carefully put in context of the Albanian reality. Naturally it is nice to read how to sell products in New York, but would you be successful selling the same way in Tirana?


The applicability of knowledge transferred is what sets us apart.
